How it Works
Getting started is simple! First, you’ll submit a meal prep request online. I’ll then reach out to schedule a quick phone call where we’ll go over your preferences, dietary needs, and menu ideas. After our call, I’ll create a custom menu draft and send it your way for approval. Once finalized, I handle all the grocery shopping and cooking. If you’re in the Hamptons, I prepare everything fresh in your home during a three-hour session; if you’re in NYC, I drop off your fully prepared meals, ready to enjoy. Full payment is required in advance, and while I do my best to remain flexible, please note that cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable, as ingredients are purchased specifically for your order.
