Initial Inquiry
Clients begin by submitting an inquiry through the website or booking a consultation.
During this step, you’ll share:
Event type (intimate dinner, celebration, weekend stay, etc.)
Date and location
Approximate guest count
Any dietary preferences or restrictions
General vision for the meal
This allows us to understand your needs before moving forward.
Consultation & Concept
For most events, we’ll connect via a brief consultation (phone or virtual) to discuss details more fully.
We’ll cover:
Menu style and format (plated, family-style, tasting menu, etc.)
Seasonal ingredients and sourcing
Level of formality and service style
Kitchen layout and on-site logistics
Timing, pacing, and flow of the evening
From there, we’ll craft a customized concept tailored to your space, guests, and preferences.
Menu Proposal & Pricing
Following the consultation, you’ll receive:
A curated menu proposal
Clear pricing based on guest count, menu complexity, and service needs
Any optional add-ons (additional courses, staffing, specialty items)
Menus are seasonal, ingredient-driven, and always customizable.
Once approved, your date is officially reserved.
Booking & Deposit
To secure your booking:
A deposit is required
Final details are confirmed closer to the event date
At this stage, we handle all planning behind the scenes so you don’t have to.
Sourcing & Preparation
In the days leading up to your event:
Ingredients are thoughtfully sourced, prioritizing seasonal and local products when possible
Prep is done in advance to ensure a smooth, calm service in your home
Final timing and arrival details are confirmed
The Day Of
We arrive a few hours prior to the scheduled start time to allow for a smooth, unhurried setup and final preparation.
Cooking, plating, and service are handled seamlessly in your space, with courses paced thoughtfully throughout the evening.
You’re free to relax and enjoy the experience with your guests.
Clean-Up & Wrap-Up
Following the conclusion of dinner, we remain on site for approximately one hour to complete clean-up and wrap-up.
The kitchen is left clean, orderly, and thoughtfully restored.
Leftovers are labeled and stored upon request.
All equipment and service items are removed before departure.
The goal is for your home to feel just as good as it did before — if not better.
Menus can accommodate most dietary preferences and restrictions with advance notice
Service is available throughout the Hamptons, Montauk, Shelter Island, the North Fork, NYC, and beyond
Each event is custom — no set menus unless otherwise noted
